Created for the Inbound Shovel Jam 2025 - Theme: "Just Get Started"


Brought to you by the developers behind exactly zero games, Shell Shuffle is a puzzle game about a hermit crab helping their fellow hermit crabs find a new shell by arranging them into a conga line and starting a crabulous chain reaction. Inspired by the old puzzle segments in SNES era games and Chip's Challenge. 

Navigate using the arrow keys or W, A, S, D, and push shelled crabs around to create a chain reaction that will end with every NPC (Non Player Crab, that is) in a newer, happier, shell.  Once you start the chain reaction with the naked crab it must hit every shell on the level before landing in the final open one.
